You choose your own start time during our registration process. Times begin with our Elite/Trident Heat at 8:00am and run every fifteen minutes until 10am. Sign up early as each wave is limited to 150 BONEFROGS – Early heats fill up fast!

The BONEFROG event weekend offers fun and activities for all ages. Let the kids come watch you race and then let them loose on our BONEFROG Kids Course where they race in the mud and on scaled down obstacles!
