Join us Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023, at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster, PA for the BONEFROG obstacle course race. Bring the entire family. All experience levels are welcome. Who knows, you might even go home with $1,500 in cash!

• elite races with CASH prizes: $1,500 for first place, $1,000 for second and $750 for third;
• open waves, multi-lap option, a military/first responder waves, and even a tadpole race for kids including a visit from mascot Cylo;
• cryo/compression therapies and more in the Recovery Arena from Restore Hyper Wellness Lancaster at the finish line;

• athletic and product demos from brands like Brute Force, a ninja rig from Urban Playground, treadmill running analysis by NovaCare, yoga and more;
• food and drinks (Funk Brewing will be giving a free beer at the finish line and sell custom BONEFROG beer cans at the beer counter!);
• fun and games, including a mechanical bull, mini golf, and cornhole;
