Schedule

Athlete Check-In & Registration Time: 12:30 pm

*All athletes must report to the Halls of Valhalla 10 minutes before their scheduled wave to complete the Halls of Valhalla.

3 pm Multi-Lap Race Wave (with 4-hour time limit)

3:10 Special Groups Wave

4pm Open Race Waves

*The course will be cleared at 7:00 p.m. to prepare for the elite waves. No matter where competitors are on the course, they will have to exit the course at 7:00 p.m., even if the racers are not finished.

4pm Tadpole Race Waves: 4pm, 5pm and 6pm Waves

*Tadpole athletes may compete outside of a scheduled wave from 4pm- 6pm

7:30pm Elites/ Competitive Race Wave (headlamp required)

8pm Military & First Responder Wave

Participant Details

Bag Check

The bag check is $5. Each bib has a tear-off ticket for bag check. The bag check is located on the seats inside the stadium.

Parking

Free parking is available at the Liberty Place parking lot. The entrance is two blocks from this parking lot. There are limited VIP parking spots available for $20 each. You can get yours here.

Spectator Pass for BONEFROG Festival

Spectators will be able to purchase entry to the festival on the day of the event via their mobile device by using the registration website or the BONEFROG tablets available at the entrance. For convenience, spectators have the option to purchase a spectator pass online prior to the event. The spectator pass provides exclusive access to the Restore Recovery Arena, mechanical bull, ninja rig, yard games, food, BONEFROG beer, fireworks, and more.

Mandatory Obstacle Completion

ALL ELITE/COMPETITIVE ATHLETES will be held to 100% mandatory completion of obstacles. Competitive athletes that cannot complete an obstacle and decide to throw in the towel will give up their wrist band and be removed from competitive standings. In the event that less than 3 people have 100% completion in any category or age group in the elite/competitive waves, we will NOT move to non-complete finishers. So if only 2 people in an age group have 100% completion, there will only be 2 people on the podium! 100% completion is mandatory for awards and prizes.

Volunteer Update

1st shift work 1 pm-5 pm, race at 5:15 pm 
*Volunteer lunch open 12 pm -1 pm. Will be dropped off at obstacles by 1 pm.

2nd shift runs at 2p, Work 5 pm – 9 pm
*Volunteer lunch open 4 pm-5 pm. Will be dropped off at the obstacles by 5 pm. If you have a break after competing, please report back by 4:30 pm for volunteer duties.

Are There Cash Prizes for the Elite 5K Sprint?

Overall Male and Female Awards

1st Place- $1,500,

2nd Place- $1,000,

3rd Place- $750

There will also be age-group awards

The multi-lap competitive will have special awards for the top three overall males and females with no cash prizes and no age group awards.

BONEFROG Festival:

Come enjoy the Restore Recovery Arena, mechanical bull, ninja rig, yard games, food, BONEFROG beer, fireworks and so much more.

Fireworks:

Upon completion of the Elite/Competitive and Military/First Responder waves, there will be a memorable fireworks show. All athletes and their families will be invited to enjoy the fireworks on the field inside the stadium. Bring your camera to capture the moment!
